Process

Initial Consultation
After the initial contact, I meet with you in person for a consultation. This allows me to understand your goals, preferences, and vision, and how best to translate them into a tangible design.

3D Scanning and Design Fee
Following the consultation, I perform a 3D scan using drone technology to create an accurate as-built model. This model is compatible with computer design software and provides a solid foundation for the design process.
At this stage, my design team evaluates a design fee based on the parameters discussed during the consultation. You can choose to end the process here at no cost or proceed to the design phase with a 50% down payment on the design fee.

Design Phase
During the design phase, we work closely with you to create a 3D rendering that meets your expectations. Once you are 100% satisfied with the design, we move to the next step: estimating the cost of construction.

Construction Estimate
If you accept the estimate, the remaining 50% of the design fee is incorporated into the construction cost. Alternatively, if you choose to end the process here, you can pay the remaining 50% of the design fee without continuing to construction.

Construction Phase
If you proceed with construction, I personally oversee and work on the project to ensure it meets the highest standards. I will also serve as your main point of contact for any questions or concerns throughout the process.

Project Completion and Walkthrough
After construction is complete, we conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any necessary corrections are addressed promptly. Once the walkthrough is complete and all issues are resolved, we collect the final payment.

Scan Design Build was founded with the goal of making the construction process more transparent and seamless for clients. Recognizing a need in the industry, we leveraged our expertise to create a solution.

With nearly a decade of experience in the commercial construction sector—working for some of the largest General Contractors in the state in roles such as Carpenter, Surveyor, and Quality Control Manager, I wanted to bring my skillset to the residential market.

My vision was to streamline the entire process, from consultation to construction, by combining data collection and design under one roof. This integrated approach ensures efficiency, precision, and a client-focused experience at every stage of the project.
